Leadership Change at WernerCo

Itasca, IL, December 2, 2019 - The Advisory Board of Werner International Holding S.à.r l. would like to inform about the latest organizational developments at WernerCo. Jim Caudill, President and Chief Executive Officer of WernerCo, has handed over his leadership responsibilities to Lee Boyce (CFO) who is taking on the leadership on behalf of the executive team on an interim basis, effective immediately. The search for a new CEO is well advanced and a process is in place to ensure a smooth and orderly transition of leadership.
